Our prenatal offerings blend evidence-informed movement with embodied teaching experience to support you through the evolving physical, emotional, and transformational journey of pregnancy and motherhood.
More than just a yoga class, this is a space to better understand your changing body, support mobility and pelvic health, regulate the nervous system, prepare for birth and postpartum, and connect with other mothers-to-be in a grounded and supportive environment.
Through mindful movement, breathwork, education, and rest, we create space for you to slow down, tune inward, and build confidence in your body and your experience.
Whether you are newly pregnant, preparing for birth, or simply seeking support and connection along the way, our classes are designed to meet you where you are.
