Studio Etiquette at The Jungle Wellness Studio:

​This isn’t your average studio—it’s a hidden sanctuary tucked away from the noise, where presence is power and ritual reigns. To preserve the energy and intention of this space, please be respectful of others mat reservations. Must be 16+ excluding tween and kids classes.

Password, Please

Entry is by reservation only. No drop-ins, no exceptions. Book your mat in advance and be ready to show confirmation at the door. If your name isn’t on the list, the doors stay closed. Payment must be processed online at the time of reservation to secure studio access. No unpaid reservations will be held.

Arrive in Style (and On Time)

Doors open 15 minutes before class. Late arrivals disrupt the ritual. Doors are locked at class start time—once the flow begins, it’s sealed. Early arrivals set the tone.

Keep It Hushed

Keep voices low and energy grounded. This space is designed for stillness and self-connection. Let the atmosphere speak, and leave the outside world at the door.

Bring Only What You Need

Minimalism is the mood. We have mats ready for your reservation, however if you would like to Bring your own mat, honour that. bring a water bottle and an open mind. Please leave strong scents, large bags, and tech distractions behind. Phones must be silenced or turned off entirely.

Respect the Ritual

Clean and return all props exactly as you found them. Treat the space with care. This is a shared sanctuary—let’s keep it sacred.

Waiver Required

First time here? Your signed digital waiver is your ticket in. Without it, you won’t be able to practice—safety and consent are non-negotiable.

Practice with Presence

Show up for yourself, and stay for the experience. Whether you’re here to sweat, surrender, or find stillness, your awareness is the most important thing you bring. Flow with intention and listen inward.

Cancellations & No Shows

Can’t make it? Cancel at least 4 hours before class to free up space for someone else. No-shows may result in forfeited class credits or limited booking access. Courtesy keeps the current moving.
